Built around peak flow

Enter your personal best and zone percentages from the action plan your GP or asthma nurse gave you. Your chart is then shaded with your own green, amber and red bands — not a generic guess.

Reliever use in plain sight

Log a puff in two taps. Your reliever doses appear as bars beneath your peak flow line on the same time axis, so you can see the two together rather than trying to remember.

Something to take to your GP

One click produces a printable summary of the last three months — charts, ranges and your notes on a single page. Much easier than reading out a scribbled diary.

Other readings, in the same place

Asthma does not sit on its own. Reliever inhalers can push your heart rate up, steroid courses affect blood pressure and weight, and some people are tracking blood sugar for other reasons entirely. You can record blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and weight alongside your asthma readings, and see them all on one summary — or ignore them completely and just track peak flow.

  • Peak flow (L/min)
  • Reliever doses and preventer adherence
  • Blood pressure (mmHg)
  • Heart rate (bpm)
  • Blood sugar (mmol/L)
  • Weight (kg), with BMI

What this is, and what it is not

AsthmaStats is a place to keep your readings. It shows you the numbers you entered and the zones you told it about, and it produces a summary you can share.

It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose anything, does not assess how well controlled your asthma is, and never tells you what to do about a reading. It has no opinion about your health — that is a conversation for you and your GP, asthma nurse or pharmacist, and this is simply a better record to have with you when you have it.

Your readings are health data, and we treat them that way. They are stored in the UK under UK GDPR, never sold, never used for advertising, and never sent to a third party. You can download everything or delete your account, permanently and immediately, from your account page.
